What they say about us

  • Nobel peace prize laureate Mairead Maguire (1976)

“Mother Agnes - CEO of the Son of Man Association - is a heroic peacemaker that has thought nothing of placing her own life on the lines for the sake of others and at great personal risk. During the Syrian war, in 2013, she personally brokered a cease-fire between rebels and the Syrian authorities in Moadamiya, Damascus province. This work facilitated the transfer of over 5,000 civilians from a besieged opposition area and included the voluntary surrender of over 500 men, many of whom had been armed opposition combatants”.

Mother Agnes Mariam was nominated in 2013 by Nobel Peace laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire, who won the prize in 1976 for her work to end the conflict between Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland.

  • Chelsea A. Sabri – Preemptive Love Coalition

Preemptive Love has been working with the Son of Man Association in Lebanon on a variety of projects. The implementation was successful and the programming was satisfactory. The Son of Man Association is a good organization and we are satisfied in our work with them”.

From that initial emergency response, our partnership has grown to also include medical support and has expanded to Lebanon and other areas in the Middle East. Our trust in the Son of Man Association continues to strengthen and I can wholeheartedly recommend them as a potential partner to others”.
